Ingredients

4 beetroots, cooked

1 clove of garlic, crushed

Handful of fresh herbs

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of ½ lime

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, adding more olive oil and lime juice if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
