Plant Based and AKU

This virtual session was delivered by Clare Soulsby, Dietitian at the National Alkaptonuria Centre (NAC), alongside Nadia Giannakopoulou, Dietetic Assistant Practitioner at the NAC.

The session explored practical insights into how a plant-based diet may support people living with AKU, including guidance on getting started and a Q&A at the end.
