We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours.
If you are not sure if counselling is right for you, please contact us to talk through any concerns or queries you have before deciding to go ahead or not.
What happens then?
One of our counsellors will make contact with you by phone or email to take some initial details, discuss availability and respond to any initial queries you have about counselling.
We will then send you an Initial Appointment with one of our counsellors, usually within 5-10 days.
Please be aware that we are not able to offer emergency support in a crisis. If you are concerned that you may not be able to keep yourself (or another person) safe, please contact either your local hospital A & E, or dial NHS 111 for advice.
